Tammy was very friendly and professional when taking my request. She dispatched Larry, who came to the house, assessed the problem, and fixed it. Larry was also friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I applaud METRO for getting to my request quickly. Metro Air earned themselves a loyal new customer today, although I hope I don't have to call them for a long time. I called this morning and Leroy, the technician, was at my home less than 2 hours later - a life saver when it's been 80° in my house overnight. A+ service
