Response to owner: I love your fake “we care” response. It took multiple days, corporate and a GM from another Hampton hotel to get a response from Sabrina smith that they would finally refund the double charge. You know what wasn’t in the email…..not even an apology. Anyone seeing this response, save your time with hotel help and go to another location or different hotel franchise. Edit: I paid in advanced for this stay, and now I’ve noticed they DOUBLE CHARGED me for it. Guest help with Hilton corporate office have tried to help but this hotel won’t even answer the phone for them and they will not respond to corporate or my emails. What a complete joke of a hotel and owner. They should have the name and franchise stripped from the building. The employees at the front desk were friendly, but after that it was a joke. The room is very run down, everything is stained or damaged. Soap was empty, tissue box in bathroom was empty. Asked for 2 towels at front and they were not sure if they had any and it took a while for her to find them. How does a hotel not have enough towels to take a freaking shower….. breakfast area was constantly out of a bunch of items and not cleaned with counters covered in juice. Our hotel room door had to be pushed/pulled with force to even get closed. and the “100” deposit charge actually showed up as a double charge for the entire stay. This was a cheap shitty hotel charging good prices pretending to be a Hampton/hilton.
They do not care about guests experience. Stayed for 5 nights and asked them toclean our rooms at least one during the stay of 5 nights - they didn't get it cleaned even once after repeated requests even though as per their policy is supposed to be cleaned every other day. Staff lies to your face every single time. Overall dirty bedding and from. another issue is there's construction right in front. Do not recommend.

This review would have never happened until I encountered Katrina at the front desk on a late Saturday evening. On Valentine’s Day, the hotel was oversold and she handled guests with patience, kindness, professionalism and generosity. I wanted to make sure she was acknowledged being extraordinary and providing outstanding service despite challenging circumstances.
Front desk Staff is top tier - most of my experience was with Diamon and Katrina - both went above and beyond for me and all guests, house keeping staff is on top of the business of maintaining a sanitary hotel. Friendly. Beautiful smiles. Consummate Professionals. Restaurants and MARTA: easily accessible- a plus! Thank you especially for those that extended extra care and hospitality. I see you. I appreciate you.
This Hampton Inn property fell short of expectations compared to others I've had the pleasure of staying at. The facility appears to be in need of renovation, showing signs of wear. Although the staff was friendly, the room's bedding, while comfortable, was somewhat outdated and exhibited minor stains and tears. However, my primary concern was the presence of mold in the bathroom, with visible spots on the ceiling and significant mold growth on the bathroom vent, which raises serious health concerns and suggests a lapse in housekeeping standards.
