We stayed here for two nights with my young son and chose a studio room. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. We couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms, which made our stay very relaxing. The pool was fantastic, especially for families with children. One feature I absolutely loved was that the fitness center is separated from the pool by a glass wall, so you can work out while still keeping an eye on your child. Breakfast was more than adequate—everything was fresh and of good quality. The complimentary coffee station in the lobby was wonderful and always available. The location is excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Compared to other Hilton properties, the price was very reasonable. If you're looking for a clean, safe, comfortable hotel in a great location, this is an excellent choice. It was absolutely worth every penny, and I would happily stay here again. Liz
We made an emergency trip to Portland after a family member was airlifted to a local hospital and needed a place to sleep for a few hours. We booked a room at here and it met our needs during a stressful time. The hotel well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and check-in was easy. One thing to be aware of is parking. Nearby street parking is limited to two hours, and the hotel charges $50 per night for parking. Since we were only there for a few hours to sleep, that additional cost was a bit disappointing. Overall, if you need a clean, comfortable place to stay in the Pearl District, this hotel is a solid option, but be sure to factor the parking costs into your plans. Update: When we were enjoying breakfast, the general manager was going table to table checking on the guests and making sure their stay was good. Nice touch. Never seen a GM at a large hotel like that and certainly not have them come to the table to check on things. Also when we got our car back from valet, it was funny charged, also an unexpected nice touch.

The hotel is nice. The location in the Pearl district is close to a lot of cool stuff. The food nearby is as diverse as the city, something for everyone. I LOVE the world market across the street! The beds are "eh"...they should update a lot of these inner-spring mattresses. (I stay here often because of my job) Breakfast is really great, better than most places I stay! (Included) Staff is exceptional. Valet is pricey, but so is parking in Portland, so it is what it is & Alex here is second to none! He's my absolute favorite knows me by name gets my morning off to a great start with a personal touch to his impeccable professionalism.
Location is really great. The city is already pretty walkable but being up here close to the public transport options is great. They do breakfast (though it’s just the cheap hot food you expect with “free breakfast” - nothing life changing), have a good gym, and a little pool, though it’s very much a kids pool. Rooftop area would be nice if it was for adults only, but it isn’t, so there isn’t really a place to find peace on the property outside of your room. The rooms are fine. Bed sheets could be more comfortable.
We had a 1 night stay here, and we loved it! Extremely friendly valet staff who were prompt in their service. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The main resturant down stairs for dinner was a little bit of a let down for our stay. Although the general breakfast buffet was delightful with a warm morning welcome from the General Manager, which is unheard-of in hotels, however was very much appreciated and you really felt appreciated by this interaction. To which he was walking around all guests and introducing himself and saying good morning! Loved this added touch! The hotel is conveniently located and is only a short walk to many other resturant and activities. Streets are reasonably safe to walk around at night.
