NEW ROOF, WHO’S THAT?! 😂 Working with Richie at Ramos Roofing was hands-down the best home improvement experience I’ve ever had. After meeting with more than five roofing companies (and collecting a little stress along the way), Richie felt like a blessing from the start. A snowstorm kept him from seeing my roof in person, but he still pulled satellite images and had a quote to me the very next day—talk about dedication! From that point on, he answered my million questions (and then a million more), replied to my early-morning messages without complaint, and checked in often just to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. When rain delays pushed our schedule back, he stayed in touch so I always knew what was happening behind the scenes. Roof day came and the Ramos crew showed up early, ready to work, even with a car in my yard that couldn’t be moved—they worked around it like pros and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Watching the team put the roof on my house turned out to be such an interesting experience for me. They were careful through the entire process, answered every concern I had, and handled little touch-ups without hesitation. Everyone was kind, hardworking, and truly professional. Richie was consistently on site, taking photos and videos, explaining every step, and even coming back later for follow-ups. He brought his drone out to capture progress shots and somehow turned it into a highlight for my 3-year-old, who got a turn flying it (still can’t believe he trusted us with that thing!). What could’ve been a stressful project felt more like family helping family. I would absolutely use Ramos again and recommend them to anyone—especially Richie if you can get him! They don’t pressure you, don’t make you feel like you have to choose them, and truly work for you, not just your money. He made sure everything was done properly and exactly how I wanted, and I couldn’t be happier with my new roof. He’s patient, professional, kind, and honestly a true angel. And Richie… if you’re reading this… I’m sorry in advance, because you’re definitely going to hear from me again with a few more questions! My roof was done on 3/7/26 & finished 3/8/26

Richie from Ramos is one of the kindest, most genuine humans in the business. He will walk you through every step of the process- there is genuinely no question too small or too silly. From asking about every single financing option, to soliciting his opinion on what colors we should go with, to badgering him about letting me on the roof- every question was met with good humor and an incredibly thoughtful answer. He cares for his customers and his crews- and boy, are his crews amazing. They finished our roof in less than a day in severely less than ideal conditions. Their attention to detail is impeccable, and integrity in their work evident. Getting a new roof is a really anxiety inducing ordeal. Unless, that is, you have Richie. Do yourself, your nerves, and your wallet a favor- go with Ramos!
Robert Ramos was a pleasure to work with, very professional and personable. His crews were on time, did a great job and cleaned up everything. Robert walked the property with me and explained what they were going to do and walked with me at the end of the project. Answered all my questions. We would recommend Ramos roofing to anyone.
