I had a great experience at Rainier Occupational Medical Center. The staff was efficient, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. I came in for a DOT physical and was impressed by how streamlined the whole process was — from check-in to exam, everything was handled quickly but thoroughly. Dr. Zhou was professional and took the time to explain everything clearly. I also appreciated that the clinic offers multilingual support — it made the environment feel very inclusive and patient-centered. The clinic is clean, easy to find, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing work-related medical services or physicals. They truly care about their patients and it shows.
Very poor front desk experience. I came for an immigration medical exam with valid vaccination records, but the front-desk Chinese nurse did not understand USCIS regulations and wrongly insisted that I had to get vaccines I did not need. I had to personally print out the USCIS rules and bring them back for the doctor to review. The doctor agreed and issued a refund. What made this worse was the nurse’s attitude. She was rude throughout, and when refunding me, she threw the cash at me instead of handing it over. This was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I would not recommend this clinic unless they improve staff training and customer service.

DOT certificates weren't uploaded to the FMCSA national registry in 2025 before the deadline in June, resulting in CDL invalidations. They charge less for a reason. Never answer phone. Never reply to email. They don't care. Avoid.
