I absolutely love this place! They fixed my car in no time, and their prices were very reasonable, especially in this economy. I needed my rear brakes replaced, and they had everything done in a jiffy. The staff was kind, professional, and made the whole experience stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back from now on. My Dad passed and I got his old 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 with the 5.3L . It had some small oil leaks, and the suspension was old the original. But it was running strong still. He drove it weekly for 10 years. It wasnt losing much oiI at all. But I decided to get the oil leaks taken care of and get suspension work done. I took it here to Yocar. When I got it back..idrove it home about 2 miles from yocar. I could tell they did replace upper frint control arms..but it was still having a rougher ride than I liked.and didnt have to drive it again untill about a week or so later. But when I got it out for about an hour, it started having a ticking sound coming from engine. I got under hood and the valve cover was leaking. I had it towed to a shop close to where i was...and they took pictures of theleaking valves, and tpld me not much was done on the suspension except upper control arms. I had told Yocar i wanted the suspension to be right all around. They had charged me 4000 dllrs. Well i decided to send the pictures in to yocar from the other shop my truck was at..and give them the report. I didnt want to have it towed twice. ..to go back to yocar now that it had broke down and it was towed to this other shop i was at. I called Yocar and explainef that the valve covers they replaced were leaking and now i had a ticking in my engine. I asked for a partial refund. They told me because i had towed it to another shop..they told me 0 refund. Even tho i called them.before i had the work done. Do not go here if you have a truck you love and want real professional service. They do the bare minimum and they made my problems worse in my Dads truck. ANd 4000 dllrs gone. So wrong.
