Pretty good seafood restaurant in Midtown ATL. We ate a nice lunch there today on a quiet Friday afternoon around 1 pm. A bit busy on the second floor, so we sat at a table on the first. Kat was very fast and helpful. We ordered a dozen raw oysters to start then I decide to order another dozen. Before they came out, our steampot seafood boil arrived which was not bad, but no seasoning at all. The beers there were ice cold so it all went well together. Overall, for the price, quantity, and quality… not bad
We came at 9:30 p.m. and they close at 10:00 p.m. however that wasn't a problem we were still able to get our food we ordered oysters chargrilled which were on sale for $10 for a half dozen and we also had catfish and shrimp basket which was good. I did have to send the hush puppies back because they were overcooked service was good as well we set out on the patio and it was beautiful weather

Hands down! My favorite seafood restaurant in Atlanta. On Wednesdays, their roasted oysters and bisque is discounted. My girlfriend Robin and I go here to literally "Pig Out"!! Never disappoints. We always leave "Fat & Happy"
Staying at the hotel across the street and decided to try The Steamhouse for dinner - it did not disappoint!! We ate up on the second floor on the outdoor deck. We were greeted by a lovely server who alerted us to an impending storm, which was very kind. We ordered the Frogmore Skillet and the ATL Fish and Grits (grilled instead of fried) and we enjoyed them both equally! The portions far exceeded than the price point, and we were both delighted! We took back leftovers to have with scrambled eggs in the morning. And we beat the rain! We plan to go back tomorrow to try more menu items!
Bartender was quite slow with making drinks. Guess it was s long night and day. I was almost done with my food before my old fashioned arrived. While it took forever, it was made well. That crab cake was so delicious!!! I wanted to order 1 to go, but decided to plan another ship back instead. Our server was friendly and apologetic for the time it took to get our drinks. Ill give an update after my next visit.
