Damon and the Eco team did a great job with our EV charger install (Tesla Universal Wall Connector). He came out for a quote within 2 days and got scheduled for install the very next week. Reasonable price, and clean install from garage down through the wall into the basement and hardwired into the panel. Only took a couple hours from start to finish. Eco is also listed on Tesla’s website as a Tesla Certified Installer. Would definitely recommend Eco for your EV charger install needs.
Jeremy did an excellent job! He listened to everything I told him we had already done and he knew exactly where the problem was. Our Condenser was blowing cold air. He checked the refrigerant levels which were good. In addition, he fixed some fan leads he identified as a potential fire hazard. He even replaced a rusted up fan capacitor because it was pulling too many amps. Finally, he gave our 37 year old AC a bit more life by installing a 5-2-1 Compressor Saver to kick start the compressor, which was the problem. We had a working AC again in less than 2 hours. He also scheduled an appointment for a consultation for a replacement unit. Highly Recommend Jeremy and this high tech company. The scheduling was quick and easy and my text messages included a confirmation message with welcome video, a driver location tracker, and their photo. Very satisfied customer.

I had my entire HVAC system replaced by Eco Plumbing and HVAC for nearly $18,000, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. About three months after the installation, the AC stopped working immediately after a technician came out to inspect it. To be clear, the system was cooling perfectly before his visit. After inspecting it, he did not properly reinstall the components he had removed, which caused the compressor to start surging. Instead of identifying the problem he had created, he tried to sell us a "chiller booster" and a surge protector because he claimed the system wasn't cooling well enough. After he left, the AC stopped working completely. Another technician had to return with him to fix the issue. About a month later, the evaporator coil began leaking. The technician told us the unit wasn't level, so he leveled it and installed an emergency shutoff switch in case it leaked again. That was yesterday. This morning, it's still leaking. The only difference is that now, instead of draining into the drip pan, the water is running down the wall behind the unit and through the ceiling downstairs, causing even more damage. On top of that, the ductwork connected to the new system has large gaps at nearly every connection, with conditioned air pouring out, and the gas furnace was installed directly on a piece of plywood. The entire experience has been frustrating from start to finish. When you spend $18,000 on a brand-new HVAC system, you expect the installation to be done correctly by qualified professionals. What has been most disappointing is the complete lack of customer service. Throughout all of these problems, not a single manager or supervisor has reached out to discuss what happened or ask how they could make things right. They have simply continued sending different technicians out, one after another. At this point, I no longer have confidence in the company or the people they send to my home. I genuinely wish I had chosen a different HVAC company.
I just had a great experience with Eco plumbers, in particular with Matthew Poynter. Matt was very likeable and kind hearted from the very start of the process. He reminded me of my son. Matt was great in explaining the work involved, expectations and answered all my questions. I couldn't be happier with the quality of his work and professionalism...thank you Matt.
They arrived on time and did a wonderful job. Explained each thing they needed to do. Ran camera through pipes to show us what was going on with drains. They kept our house clean and what caused dust they cleaned after. Very impressed how professional each person who came was. Like that they informed us whenever something needed changed and explained why. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and will definitely call them if we need anything else.
