Dr. Nealey is an exceptional doctor who is always pleasant, attentive, and available when you need him. I’ve truly enjoyed being his patient and feel genuinely valued and cared for at every visit. His practice offers an upscale treatment experience that feels professional, thoughtful, and personalized. The building is located in Walnut Hills and offers convenient off-street parking. The office is beautiful and always immaculate, which adds to the overall high-quality, comfortable experience. You may even see deer in the surrounding wooded area, which adds a peaceful, unique touch to your visit. also want to mention that I don’t have health insurance right now, and this practice has truly been a lifesaver for me when it comes to affordability, Only paying a $65 monthly fee is unbeatable, especially for the quality of care I receive. He has also been able to offer telehealth appointments on days when my schedule is too busy to come in, which has made staying consistent with my care so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful for this level of flexibility and affordability. I highly recommend Dr. Nealey and his practice.
Collin is a wonderful nurse practitioner who truly cares about my well-being. It is so nice to finally find someone who genuinely looks after my overall health. Health insurance is so expensive, but here you only pay $65.00 a month. I would recommend him to anyone having trouble finding affordable, good medical care.

First i want to start off with a telling a little about me before I tell you about this office/clinic/dr. I’m F, early 30s, 230lbs,... And completely uninsured. Our family makes too much money to quality for medicaid, and if we buy from hub’s work, then it eats an entire paycheck. My job doesn’t offer health insurance. That’s how we found Parkside. This clinic is our entire family’s doctor. It’s my husbands, mine, our kids, and my sister’s doctor. My brother in law is also very seriously thinking about changing from his long standing dr to ours here. He’s the only one of us with health insurance. This practice, you pay a monthly premium and we can schedule same day, next day, remote telehealth, visits. We have an hour booked for each of us when we make appointments just in case we need that time to discuss all the concerns we have. (hubs and I usually book together, so 2 hours total). This is the first time we’ve had a doctor make time and listen to us. We’re spoken to and listened to like humans, not a number on the schedule to burn through in 10 minutes after an hour long wait. There are a number of things the Doc (Technically nrs practitioner but honestly, i’ve never ever seen the dr anyways. It’s always been the nurse practitioner) can do in house. I was sick a while back and while my husband was getting his check up, the dr put me on a breathing treatment. I went from feeling like dog shit to being a functioning person again. (He also makes us fresh hot tea, like the fancy herbal kind and he has coffee too. You get to pick your own blend out of the handful he has to pick from.) He also has lab services and sheet outlining how much each one will cost. Some of the test my old dr used to run were around $3000, his sheet of transparent prices, it’s roughly $30. Each lab and cost might be different for you, but he can help show you up front what you can expect to pay. For radiology, calling the service that does the imaging, they will give you a discounted price compared to other locations and coinsurances. There are no surprises. For medicine, while he can’t tell you the price, he does tell you about good RX. We look for the lowest Good RX price and that’s where he sends all our medication. Currently we are making trips to meijers, CVS, and Jungle Jims for medicine that’s relatively cheap. (heart meds, singular, steroid inhaler, and semaglutide) Lastly, when they draw blood, it’s quick and easy. I don’t know what they buy their blood draw nurse lady but her tools are WAAAY better than whatever they have at the other labs, clinics and hospital. Or maybe it’s just her, IDK, but I had needles and she’s amazing. The pictures were taken with the doctor’s permission on a saturday where he made an appointment exception for my sister because work has her stationed in iowa. He doesn’t normally do weekends but it was the only time she could come in to visit him vs telehealth. He’s very accommodating. Parkside does share half the real estate space with another clinic. I know nothing about them, i'm sure they are fine. I just like Collin Nealy and Parkside better out of everyone I've emailed before picking a doctor and meeting them. TLDR: 10/10 recommend, you’ll love this doctor.
Dr. Colin is a very wonderful man who takes the time to get to know you & actually seems to care about his patients. Always responds when you reach out for anything. Couldn’t ask for a better Man to be seen by. Staff is very welcoming as well. Not to mention the monthly fee is unbeatable. Great experiences all around the board.
Dr. Collin is an amazing doctor and person. Best doctor I have ever had! He is very fast at responding to me, very caring, and professional. He does his best for his patients and accurately helped me with any medical issues I have. Highly recommended!!
