There is really something special about this place. I've now stayed here several times and they just won't allow me to have a bad visit. First of all, Sarah is genuinely a considerate person. It's always a pleasure walking into the lobby and seeing her! Ricardo is another outstanding staff member who has an excellent attitude. Thanks to the other members not mentioned that keep the pool and fitness rooms cleaned and a big shout out to the breakfast staff!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I met up with some friends here a to stay for a couple of days to have our own mini vacation/meetup for the first time. I and my friends very much enjoyed our stay here. The walkability to surrounding restaurants and stores was perfect. I wanted to give a huge mention to staff at this location. They were incredibly sweet and helped with every single thing that we needed without any hesitation. Specific staff members I wanted to mention are Sarah, Landress, Rachel, and Matt as they are the people we interacted with the most during our stay here from the 16th to the 19th. On top of they're kindness they were very professional and even helped us extend our stay when we felt like we couldn't leave on our original day planned for Saturday morning.

Location is great and near many good restaurants. Rooms were decent. Ours didn't look too clean and had faint smells of plumbing/sewage but wasn't terrible. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast was not great. Very limited selection compared to other holiday inn express's and staff looked kinda gloomy.
Wonderful hotel, I'm in a different hotel 3 days a week, I've seen all types, to me the most important thing is clean. This hotel hit the mark on clean. Comfort and quiet is next and that was also perfect. I recommend this hotel if you want a good night sleep. The staff was also excellent and very helpful.
Ivylin was wonderful when servicing our room. She went above and beyond to help out when asked to change the sheets and provide new towels, despite being busy working on another room. She was pleasant, mannerable, personable, efficient, and professional. She deserves a raise for her dedication to her work and the customers in this hotel. The general manager should take a page out of her book on customer service. Because the general manager seemed frustrated and short tempered when asked clarification about service days and what could be done upon request for long term stays.
