I am so thankful we chose McClellands for our house makeover! My husband and I have a horror story of a house. We’ve been battling with water damage since we moved in 3 years ago. We even had to demolish half of our house. But thanks to McClellands it no longer rains on the inside when it rains on the outside 🤣 Extra special shout out to our amazing team! Nick, Dustin, and David (and his crew!). David and his crew paid attention to all of the tiny details. The work is flawless! Dustin was very upfront and informative when it came to the details of the project so we knew exactly what we were getting. We cannot wait to use McClellands when we build an addition!
Brook came out and provided the initial estimate for the job. She arrived exactly when she said she would. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She provided the estimate the same day and answered any questions I had about what to expect when the crew comes on site. Nick was my contact for the job once we decided to go with McClelland Contracting & Roofing. His communication was second to none! He notified me as to when the material and dumpster were to be delivered to the house. He notified me the day before the scheduled work to let me know of any last minute details. He text me the morning of the work to let me know that he and the crew were on their way! Communication with the customer is something other companies overlook or fail to see the importance of all together. Nick and the entire crew performed the work in a professional/timely manner. Roof, gutters, and downspouts completed in one day! I would like to thank both Brook and Nick for a seamless process from start to finish!

Highly recommended. I had both my roof and a large picture window replaced. When I noticed an issue that cropped up with the roof after install, Nik and his crew didn’t hesitate to come back out and completely remedy the issue. They were very responsive, respectful, and timely. I think it is best to judge companies (and people for that matter) on how they respond when things don’t go perfectly for whatever reason, and Mcclellands definitely impressed on that front.

I had a complicated roofing project that included shingles, a flat rubber roof with railings, and copper finishing. McCellands did a great job with all aspects and they finished in a timely manner and on budget. The finished product is excellent.
