I showed up without an appointment, and they were able to get my vehicle serviced the same day, which I really appreciated. I didn’t catch the front desk service reps name, but he was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Love Field Auto. They offer reasonable pricing and quick service. One note: I’m not sure if this was just a one-time issue or specific to my situation, but I did have trouble reaching someone by phone after calling multiple times. That said, their text line was very responsive and made communication much easier.
