This firm cannot handle Elder Financial Abuse involving property or construction. Attorney Nicholas Stahl does not know what construction law is AT ALL. Did not tell the Judge about the 2 mediations that were had in the case. Total waste of time and money THEY DOUBLE BILL YOU, AND DON'T CREDT THE PROPER AMOUNT YOU PAY, "I'll look into it"! What a joke! So since he didn't know, he didn't even come to court, the other Attorney got on the Court Connect, agreed to a Jury Trial when its unlawful in Insurance Fraud Cases, made my elderly mother pay jury fees when she has an approved fee waiver. Charged us for an Ex-Parte that they never filed, did not help us when the neighbors locked us out and blocked our construction, charged us for a Deposition that never took place. ASBESTOS IN THE CONDO AND HE DID NOTHING! Spent 6 months in a hotel waiting for protection from this firm. They are just as predatory as the neighbors. Set us up for failure then abandoned us. THEY ARE NOT LITIGATORS!!!!!!!!!!! BUT THEY PRETEND TO BE, 10 MONTHS ON RETAINER, NOT ONE MOTION FILED, THEN SELF RECUSAL. AVOID THE HEADACHE.

I am so thankful to have been referred to this lawfirm. I am still fighting a very complicated and unjust conservatorship case that has been going on since 2023. My attorney, Samuel Brown did not come into the picture until about a year and a half Into the case, which im sure made his job a little more challenging, especially because time was running out to file certain motions, and honestly, I was very nervous and stressed out about that. Until Samuel sent me the draft of the motion to review before he filed it. I was blown away. I was so overcome with excitement I couldn't even stand still while reading it. I could not have expected a more well written and accurate motion. Before I was introduced to this law office I had spent countless hours trying to find an attorney, with no success. I began to feel hopeless, especially because without an attorney I had no voice in the court room. My pleadings were all overlooked, I was not given the opportunity to respond to false allegations in court, I was literally ignored and treated very harshly. That all changed the day Samuel Brown stepped in as my attorney of record. Finally I had hope again. Although it has not gone exactly how we thought it would, or should go, It's not over yet, and I am still very happy with the representation I have received. He is committed to fighting for his clients and does not back down no matter what type of opposition he is faced with. He is also not afraid to (respectfully) challenge the judges conclusions or statements. My only wish is that I would have found this law firm sooner. Everyone there is extremely helpful and kind. I have only met Nigel Burns once very briefly, but we have communicated via email when my attorney was on vacation. Not only was he very respectful and understanding, he seemed to genuinely care about seeking justice for those who have been treated unfairly. Not only that but he understands the financial burden some of us face, and has been gracious in working with me on my payments, for which I am very appreciative. All of the paralegals and assistants that work behind the scenes do an amazing and thorough job. Denise Flores, the intake coordinator has been a Godsend. She is always available to listen to my concerns, and willing to help any way she can. She is supportive and encouraging when things get overwhelming and will lift me up in prayer so I can renew my strength when I get weary. She is a wealth of knowledge and has a beautiful heart for God. You honestly get the full package with this amazing team.
