He has stood by my side when I was involved in the Parma Courts, getting my felony charges dropped to misdemeanor charges. I will be using Brockler in the future. TLDR; Speeding ticket with mandatory court appearance. Brockler got it reduced to a non-point nonmoving violation without needing to appear in court. This was my first time contacting a lawyer so I didn't know what to expect or how the process should go. So, I'm going to walk through the process. I got a speeding ticket with a mandatory court appearance. I called the number listed here from Google the day before a holiday, the receptionist was nice and said a lawyer could contact me soon. Now, I had no idea that ‘soon’ meant in less than 10 minutes (it was probably lucky timing on my part, but still shockingly quick). The communication was all through text messages, which I very much preferred. Within 20 minutes he had all of the information needed from me including payment. There wasn’t much communication in the two long weeks waiting for my court date, so I did end up bugging him a bit because I was nervous as this was my first ticket of this severity. When I did contact him he was kind and didn’t make me feel like I was a bother or anything (even though I must have been). I did not end up needing to appear in court, which was fantastic. He got my ticket reduced to an equipment violation which means no points on my license, and no insurance increases. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my case and plan on using Brockler in the future for any other needs I have.
