I've stayed at the Margaritaville in Ft. Myers Beach as well ascthe Margaritaville in the Lake of the Ozarks. This stay in Nashville was sub par, to say the least. The room was typical of any Margaritaville room. However, the water in the shower was warm, without the ability to go hotter. The glass panel was so short that the floor was soaking wet outside afterward...so I had to shower huddled against the wall as not to create a mess. The pool was small, which is ok for being on a rooftop in a congested city, we did have fun. However, the bar....oh, my....the bar was awful. These were the slowest staff I have ever encountered, and it was BUSY, so people were getting frustrated. I will say, part of them being slow was walking so gingerly because the floors were wet and slippery. They had NO MATS behind the bar....EXTREMELY unsafe. Having worked food and beverage, I know that mats are typically standard and required, especially to allow the worker a safe work environment. Do better for your staff. The alcohol was very limited. There were two common brands of liquor we requested and they didn't have either one. If were spending good money to stay at this facility, spending hundreds of dollars to enjoy ourselves, I would think the choices would be more than what they had. I also noticed, that the bar being L-shaped made the flow of things slow down. Common drinks were on the other side. Perhaps something as simple as moving them to the busier area would cut down on their back and forth. Positive things.... the food ordered from the bar came out fast and was actually really good. The service in the lobby was good, too. Very friendly and knowledgeable! Honestly, I don't think I'd stay here again, which is sad, because we choose Margaritaville places in various cities by choice!

We can't say enough good things about our experience at Margaritaville Hotel Nashville. They have nailed the Buffett Lifestyle Vibe. No detail was missed, from the decor throughout to the room key wrist band key card making it easy to access the room (and all amenities) without having the "look for" a traditional room key. The room and bathroom were incredibly spacious and clean. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and the valet's were incredibly responsive. The location is about 3 blocks from Broadway - easily walkable on wide sidewalks. We felt safe walking to and from the hotel both day and night.
Loved staying here. The staff were very nice and the hotel is clean. Incredible location with broadway just a short walk. Some feedback though, our bathroom door would not lock or stay shut so that was odd. I also wish the room had a microwave. The food at the hotel is really good however 2 out of the 3 times we went to the restaurant downstairs we could not get served and left. The last time we attempted the bartender clearly decided to serve 3 younger girls verse my husband and I. The only secure parking is through valet and after taxes is about $72 a day. We chose to stay here because the location and they stated they had a really good equipped gym. This was not the case. It is very small and has hardly any gym equipment so this was highly disappointing. Overall our stay was really good but feedback is always good to keep improving! You can’t beat this location.
We are currently staying at Margaritaville, and I wanted to share how wonderful our experience has been so far thanks to Ingris. We traveled from New York to celebrate a friend’s retirement and were initially disappointed that connecting rooms were not available. Ingris went above and beyond to explore every option and made it possible for us to get the rooms we hoped for. Her kindness, professionalism, patience, and dedication truly stood out. She turned what could have been a frustrating situation into an exciting start to our vacation. It’s rare to encounter someone who genuinely cares so much about helping guests, and Ingris absolutely made a lasting impression on us. Our stay is just beginning, but because of Ingris, it has already started on an amazing note. She is a true asset to Margaritaville, and we are so grateful for her outstanding service.
I live in Nashville, so I’ve been to the hotel for staycations a couple of times. I’ll start off the rooms by saying they are clean. You can’t use the TV without syncing your phone to the TV and it’s like a $10 charge that wouldn’t be so bad but it’s $65 to valet so you have to think about where you want to spend your money? The bar has some great drinks. The menu is limited as far as food, but it’s not a bad limited menu. There’s not a lot of Nashville except in the elevators, but also not a lot of Jimmy Buffett or beach vibe throughout the hotel. There’s a little bit of each, but not enough of either if that makes sense. The pool looked amazing. I think it was on the fourth floor, but we did not use it because of the time of year. It’s Tennessee so the weather was in the low 30s. It’s not far from city winery, which we like to watch concerts at and if you were visiting, it’s not far from anything at all. There’s always some street meat trucks set up across the way so you can always get something to eat on your way in and or out if you don’t want to eat at the bar? Overall, it is a good stay, but it gets expensive with the $65 valet parking and $10 usage of the TV fee. Also, if you’re not technically inclined then you probably would not figure the TV out. Honestly, the valet thing is not easy to figure out either. That would be the reason for the four stars is because it’s quite difficult to navigate unless you want to spend time on the technology.
