One Medical Primary Care Clinic - Ponce City Market

Truly bizarre experience. Ramanda left me in tears, went missing during my appointment, to where no one in the office knew where she was. I took time off work, came in for an annual physical. Ramanda was 15 mins late, even though I was the first appointment, which was no biggie. Then, when we got to the room, we started talking about why I was in. She told me I could only talk about one problem, and if I had more, I would need to book another appointment. I was very confused, as it was an annual physical, but obliged. Then 3 mins later, she left in the middle of us discussing one of my prescriptions, and did not tell me where she was going. Then she returned, and told me updating a prescription would require another appointment. Then, later she just straight up went missing. I maybe talked to Ramanda for 5 mins total. I was at one medical for 40 mins. The office manager apologized. It was such bizarre behavior and upsetting. I came in to discuss things going on, as one does at an annual physical, and was met by such rude, unkind behavior. Not even for bedside manner, just even normal human kindness and respect. I am still beyond confused. EDIT- I have been with OneMedical for 4years and have even seen Ramanda before. My other visit with her was great.

I’m new to Atlanta and had yet to establish care. I came here for a medical concern and had the best experience. From Shon at the front desk to the NP Ramanda Dace, to the amazing lab tech who did my labs, everyone was so knowledgeable, kind and encouraging. I don’t currently have health insurance and will self-pay, and they went above and beyond to provide me resources and options to assist with this so I don’t go without care. Can’t recommend this location enough!
