We were having issues with our master bathroom and callee Time out for a service call and I have to say this is a very reputable trust worthy company. They are straight up honest and the gentleman they sent out to us; Isaac was very knowledgeable and has to be their employee of the month. Highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again whenever the need arises.
Josh S was so helpful and friendly! We had to get our water heater replaced and upon looking at it he was quickly able to see and explain how the previous company installed it improperly and the negative impacts that was having on our water pressure and temperatures. All of that is fixed now thanks to him!!

Had them install and repair a bunch of plumbing, AC and into our house. Last fall, now that it's hot and we're using our AC. It is consistently freezing up.We've had two different technicians of theirs come out and tell us that the a c coils do not have enough airflow across them the last one told us that we needed an upgrade on our exhaust to help airflow, and that they should have tested the overall pressure. And I told us and taken care of it on install. After that, he gave me the number to both of the managers which I have called. Hey, keep telling me they're gonna come out. To take a look at it themselves and figure out what we need to do to fix the problem. But then about midday, they call and say they're too busy and won't come out. I have dealt with this for over a month now And at this point feel like they're just pushing us off until the hot weather ends i have spent over 60 thousand dollars with the company so far and now suffering from a problem that could have been prevented Starting to make me wonder if I even really needed all of that. I'm about ready. Do you say, screw the warranty? And calling somebody else to fix the problem, they should have handled it's pretty sad if this is the way they treat their customers.
Thank you Time!! Our water went out on Thanksgiving day. Called Time plumbing and heating the next day. I spoke to Brad the owner and he had his guys on it. Dave the technician arrived at about 1pm and about 2- 1/2 hours later we had our new water heater. Can’t say enough about Dave’s expertise and I learned few thing from him. I highly recommend Time Plumbing and Heating to anyone in need of these services. Thanks again to Brad and Dave!!
