Staff is nice and helpful. Appointments are spot on. In case you can’t make it, they try to accommodate with your schedule to reschedule your appointment. Kids receive a toy after their visit 🙂

Wait time is too long even with appointments, I arrived at 2:40 my appointment was at 3 and I didn’t get taken in till 4:10 after 3 other patients that arrived after me had already been taken inside. I proceeded to ask the receptionist how much longer and she kindly went to check why I was still waiting that’s when they took me in just to be seated and continue waiting. I scheduled accordingly to still be able to make it to work and when I asked how much longer they said i would be getting seen till the doctor saw another patient before me. I asked how much long i would be there till and they proceeded to say till 5:30. I then had to proceed to reschedule for a different day because if i stayed any longer i would be late for work. What’s the point of an appointment if they’re not going to go accordingly. This is unacceptable!
I had an amazing experience at Alvarado Family Dental. The staff is very nice and friendly. They explain in detail my procedure and their recommendations. I highly recommend it.
