They have improved on appointment time getting you in to see the doctor since I first started 2yrs ago. At Faith Family medical where I used to go 2yrs ago the Nurse practitioner would be more thorough at all office visits. Checking your heart,lungs and look at my feet from time to time since I am a diabetic as standard protocol. That is only a once a year thing at Saint Thomas? Dr Williams is a very understanding Doctor who listens well to any issues you have ,to find a solution Or to send you to a specialist who may be Needed In some circumstances to give you answers for some issues.
DR Williams takes time to listen to you and gives you honest answers. Had to switch PCPs when former doctor left. Very glad we found him.
He is a very intelligent doctor, he can go right to the issue. He is caring, respectful, remembers his patients well.

Every appointment is a pleasant experience. I never feel rushed. He listens and respects my personal decisions regarding my health even when they may be different from his or other dr’s opinions. And he’s not afraid to try new ways of treatment. I started with Dr Williams after my Gen Practitioner of 45yrs retired. And I couldn’t be happier that I landed with Dr Williams.
Amazing staff at St. Thomas, always friendly and going above and beyond to help in all areas necessary. Dr. Williams always listens to every concern you may have, and always asks " is there anything else you're concerned about " 😌 thanks guys for making one feel welcomed and cared for.
