We have stayed at The Beverley Hills Hotel a few times and absolute love it! From the moment you arrive, the outside staff greet you with warmth and professionalism. The valet manager is so nice and remembered my name after meeting me one time. The front desk staff is the best, nothing else to say about that! Lisa, the concierge, is great. She made a few amazing recommendations and reservations for local restaurants that were fabulous! The care given to our room during our stay incredible! We ate at the Polo Lounge a few times during our most recent stay and are always pleased with the service and quality of food. The bell staff is so kind and also remembered us from our first visit. I believe that the staff would make any accommodation requested. They are so nice. We love this place!
Love, love, love this hotel and spa! I can’t say enough good things about it. The staff are absolutely amazing across the board. A special shout-out to Frank, the front desk manager, and Lisa, the concierge—they’re both wonderful. The car service drivers always remember us and take us to the best local hot spots, which makes the experience feel extra special. Also, a big shout-out to Brooke at the spa—she’s the best! We can’t wait for the new restaurant remodel to be finished in summer 2026, and we definitely can’t wait to return.

I have been at The Beverly Hills hotel multiple times, the first time was after I had been on television, gotten an IMDB credit, and moved to Beverly Hills, California. I have been to The Beverly Hills Hotel on multiple occurrences, but less than ten visits total. I have seen the rooms visually, but I have not slept over - I have been in the restaurant and have also had non-alcohol drinks. One common thing in Beverly Hills, California is that restaurant workers and hotel restaurant workers are knowledgeable about the ingredients of menu items. That is always important to have accuracy in, and the hotel restaurant staff and non-alcohol drink makers did not interrupt conversations and I did not feel like they were lurking which I really appreciate. I also appreciate that The Beverly Hills Hotel did not pander to children and I would not label it as a place made for children. I do wish that the hotel was more modern, I think that a more contemporary influence would make people in my demographic (Mulatto) feel more comfortable. I would visit again though, possibly once the United States of America makes a Mulatto History Month - probably during that month.
I absolutely love staying at The Beverly Hills Hotel. The second you pull up, it already feels special — calm, iconic, and️and very “old Hollywood” in the best way. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and feel thoughtfully done without trying too hard. The service is honestly what stands out the most. Everyone is kind, attentive, and makes you feel genuinely taken care of, not rushed or treated like a number. The location is perfect — tucked away and peaceful, yet so close to everything in Beverly Hills. Walking through the gardens or sitting by the pool feels like a little escape from the city. As a local realtor, I love bringing clients here or recommending it to people who are new to the area. It really captures the lifestyle and elegance that make Beverly Hills so special. If you’re visiting or thinking about moving nearby, I’m always happy to share a few local favorites.
Extremely disappointing, discriminatory and unprofessional experience at the Beverly Hills Hotel. We arrived for a birthday dinner and were immediately met with unusual behavior at the valet. Our custom-built Land Rover Defender drew excessive and unnecessary attention from multiple staff members, who surrounded the vehicle and focused more on questioning us about the car and its side-mounted displays than on providing a professional guest arrival experience. Shortly afterward, a staff member approached my window and informed me that my jeans did not meet the dress code. I acknowledged this respectfully and stated that we would change and return in compliance. Instead of a professional response, we were abruptly dismissed with “you guys take care and have a good night,” followed by being told there was no availability at the restaurant. This was misleading, as we independently verified—by calling the hotel’s bar and lounge—that it was operating on a first-come, first-served basis and that availability did exist at that time. The interaction was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, and felt more like a deliberate refusal of service than an effort to accommodate guests. This conduct is entirely inconsistent with the standards expected of a property of this reputation. It is also worth noting that our vehicle is equipped with externally mounted security cameras, which recorded the entire incident from arrival to dismissal. This footage is currently being reviewed by our media team and will be shared publicly across social media platforms. What was meant to be a special birthday evening turned into one of the worst hospitality experiences we have had—made more surprising by the fact that it occurred at a supposedly top-tier luxury hotel. Very disappointing.
