Heavy winds Mar 13th peeled the roof off my flat roof. It exposed the wood underneath. Francisco Jr. from Perez roofing answered my request from google search. We met at 10:00 and his assessment with rain coming in 24 hours is to fix the damage and do a full replacement later. It made sense but his crews were busy with other wind damaged repairs and said possible next morning at 8:00. This made sense but Francisco Jr called later and said his crew can be there at 3:30. That’s great. It turns out it’s started to snow at 4:30! Glad they were done before it started. I look towards his roof repair estimate and would recommend this company.
I had an excellent experience with Perez Roofing. Their rate was very competitive, and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Their communication was outstanding throughout the entire project. Since I’m out of state, we had to coordinate everything remotely, and they made that process surprisingly easy with regular updates, photos, and quick responses. Francisco was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The work itself looks great, and it’s clear they take pride in doing things the right way. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more reliable experience. Highly recommend!

Superb service all around. Francisco and his crew were fast and efficient, taking care of our 3 roofing projects like pros. We had a lot of heavy rains and storms recently and they were very flexible in coming to get everything done within the windows of good weather. He was very knowledgeable in reviewing what we needed and was always prompt in communicating and answering all of our questions. If we have any future roofing needs I'll definitely go with these guys, I highly recommend. Thanks again!

Francisco at Perez Roofing & Masonry was fantastic to work with on our downspout repair project. After a March windstorm damaged one of our building's downspouts, he responded immediately and provided a quote the next day. What impressed us most was his thoroughness - rather than just fixing the one damaged downspout, Francisco identified and reinforced several other compromised downspouts throughout our building that could have failed in the next storm. His proactive approach likely saved us from future emergency repairs. The communication was excellent throughout the project.
