I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Paddock Imports, especially Chris and Doug! Before I even purchased my pre-owned Porsche, I called with questions and spoke with Chris. Since I had never owned or even driven one before, I wanted to have the vehicle inspected before moving forward with my purchase. Chris took the time to explain the maintenance schedule, oil changes, the proper fuel to use, and what to expect as an owner. He made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision and scheduled my inspection. When I brought the car in, everything went smoothly. Chris and Doug thoroughly inspected it, and I was thrilled when they told me I had found a mint-condition vehicle. They also explained that I would be due for the 30,000-mile service in about 1,200 miles and took the time to explain exactly what that service would include. Doug, the owner, was just as impressive. He shared valuable tips on how to keep it in excellent condition, what I should do, and just as importantly, what I should avoid. I never felt rushed—they genuinely cared about helping me understand and enjoy my new vehicle. I had called two other service shops before finding Paddock Imports, and neither came close to the level of friendliness and professionalism I experienced here. Chris and Doug were knowledgeable, patient, honest, and incredibly welcoming. They made me feel even better about my purchase and gave me complete confidence that it’s in the best hands.
