We've been taking our German cars to Paddock Imports for 10+ years. Doug and his team are very skilled, professional, reasonably priced, and fair. They have always provided great service and excellent advice about timing of service, tires, brakes, suspension, alignment, and even recommendations for our next vehicle purchases. When you walk inside, you feel like you're part of the team. And that's a great feeling.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. Not only are they masters of their craft they are super honest and truly look out for you, almost seems counterintuitive in an industry where someone is always trying to get one over on you. They believe in long term relationships and I am a now a long term customer. I took my e92 m3 there and they did great work on it flashing it back to stock and some other preventative maintenance. True experts, went above and beyond what is normal (my flash back to stock had tons of issues bc of the original tuner) do not hesitate to take your vehicle here.
I cannot say enough good things about Doug, the owner, and Chris, his right-hand man. We needed to have a few things done to the car, and everything was thoroughly explained and pricing provided. I also really appreciated that they liked to talk to their customers and really get to know us as people – this wasn’t just a transactional exchange. I came in anxious about the impending costs, and I left giving them both hugs, putting less on the credit card, and, most importantly, having quality repairs made on the car. Paddock Imports is now my permanent repair shop.
Doug, is an amazing person. He cares deeply about his customers and is an outstanding communicator when explaining the problems with your vehicle and the options of how they could be resolved.
