I brought my case to this Firm & they did an amazing job with completing it. I want to thank Case Manager Marlin Recinos for her hard work, prioritized & efficient communication with me & informing me on my next steps in my legal case. I was really grateful to have her as a Case Manager for the fact that her proficiency of communicating my appointments, filling out my paperwork & making sure everyone with submitted in a timely manner from beginning to the end. I want to also thank my Attorney handling the case John Dodart for fighting for me in completing my case & fighting till the end to have my case closed. He made sure I was informed on what steps needed to be taken when representing & settling me at the end. This firm has treated me well and I thank Marlin and John for their services on my settlement.
I got t-boned by an old man.I felt bad for him, but he was 100%at fault. When I asked what kind of insurance he had he said, "Kemper." When he said that my heart kind of sunk because I have never heard of it before and it sounded like it would be completely awful car insurance. It was. The adjuster from Kemper called me up and she started to get very litigious and very angry and just downright mean. But that was the person that was going to be responsible for my claim. I knew when I was talking to this woman named Nancy from Kemper, that it wasn't going to be easy and that I had to get a lawyer. I just happened to call the right place. Will sure has been amazing. So Far, Karen Rodriguez is part of a team of property damage where they have the whole department dedicated to just helping you out with the property damage. She has been amazing! Wilshire does not have to do this. I had Jacoby and Myers for another suit and they did not try to help me out with my property damage pretty much at all. It was really refreshing to see somebody that doesn't have to help you out with your property damage claim and yet they have a full department for it. And I know it was not easy to deal with Kemper and their adjuster. They tried to warm out of so many things so many times. Alicia is handling my bodily injury claim. And she is also going through these problems with the same adjuster. But at the end, I keep getting comments from the car rental agency and the mechanic that was fixing my car, that Karen is amazing and she is prepared with all the tools necessary that she was able to finally negotiate everything and get me all of my property damage handled. She was really able to navigate quite a bit in that and I'm really impressed. I haven't even finished the case but I know Karen has wrapped up everything from my property damage and that's something that Jacoby and Myers straight up couldn't and wouldn't do. I wish I could send my case from Jacobian Myers to Wilshire. Because it has been about 2 years since my accident in my Jacoby and Myers place, And I have yet to see a dime. On the other hand, Wilshire has already had Karen knock this thing out of the park in about a month. It's really impressive and getting compliments for choosing her to represent me has been really cool to know that I made the right decision.

I cannot recommend this law firm highly enough! If you want someone to represent you and take more than half of your Settlement these are the attorneys that you're looking for. But if you do not wish to pay 49% plus whatever legal fees that he decided to tack on, then maybe you should go seek somewhere else, someone is going to give you a representation for your case and treat you fairly because Wilshire law firm is not it. Don't be anxious Miss representation If you're in distress , don't sign with this law firm No case settles at ninety days And most attorneys charge you 33 and the third not 49%. They're well beyond what most attorneys charge. Please look around and find better representation for your own sake, don't be like me.
