So far fantastic, little hicup with the room all cleared up in 10 minutes. The Rooms are huge with a full kitchen and 2 queen beds. The bathroom could use a deep clean, corners and cracks etc, and a little touch up paint, but very nice otherwise. Just a mile from the Racetrack and Balloon field so it is a great location, sams home depot and outlet mall within a few miles.
Whether it’s a 3rd party or directly, what a person books should be what they receive. And then the audacity for the front desk to act as though it’s my fault for using a 3rd party and then act like we should be lucky to have a room. And of course the manager had been rubbing his mouth and now conveniently not here. Huge room Floor doesn’t look vacuumed 1 bed looks like someone already sat on it or laid across it

Checked into the room last night and two of the lightbulbs in the bathroom were burned out… We had to then call maintenance to come up and put new bulbs in. However, the bulbs they put in were different than the bulbs that are currently in there…. after the person left, I unscrewed all the bulbs and put the two super bright ones on the end to make it easier for my wife to get ready in the mirror Also, the shower has mold all along the trim… The bed was super comfortable in the hotel is nice, but not sure we would stay here again.
Dingy and worn hotel, surprise stains on bed mattress. It was not for me. Staff were at least accommodating and helped us switch rooms, second room didn't smell great.
Sub par service in early morning the girl was behind the counter rude and dismissive. When we arrived young man was helpful and polite. The room was normal but small fridge did not work. Box of tissue had 2 left then gone. Toilet paper was almost out. Food at breakfast was so so at best.
