Scheduling was easy and Tina got us on the schedule the same day. Devon and Eric were on time, friendly and QUICK! My husband attempted to unclog the drain the night before with an auger and I’m embarrassed to admit that I was being the nagging spouse and made him stop a little too soon apparently. Drain Masters was quick and had the drain unclogged in less than 30 minutes from arrival. This is our second time using them, and I’ve been pleased both times. Highly recommend.
Dylan was so great! HONEST about the issue with our sink, reasonably priced compared to the others I called. I will be recommending this company to our neighbors and friends for sure. I love that this company is family owned. It’s so hard to find a plumber who is knowledgeable and won’t sell you unnecessary problems. Best in Columbus!

Had an issue with a drain backing up and called DrainMaster after seeing good reviews. They were able to schedule for someone to come out same day (were even able to arrive earlier than originally expected.) They were friendly and fixed the issue quickly— would use services again for sure!
The employee who can out was kind and good to talk to. This is more in relation to their pricing model. I had a previous company come out to assess the issue. I shared this issue of the pipes having roots in them. They came out, did not look at anything, measured the rerouting of the pipes and left. He was here for no longer than 10 minutes, did not testing, looking, assessing of their own and charged $90. That's very steep for no service and no assessment of their own.
Excellent service Cody let me know when he was going to arrive, and arrived on time. Cody was very professional, kind, and personable. He explained to me what my problem was, fixed it in no time, and went on his way...he was even friendly to my dog...I would highly recommend this company...
