My repair experience was smooth and easy. Via google search, I actually called a different company’s number and was forwarded to an answering service who then directed me to Chicago Roofing Systems and Robert offered to come immediately. I had a ceiling leak above my 2nd floor window that also drained down to my kitchen window below due to heavy winds and rain. It happened just one time from two weeks prior and thought that it might be coming through around my window. Robert showed me the roof via drone camera and explained the possible leak source at the parapet wall. He gave me a quote that also includes patching some low spot areas where I can see some water pooling. I was thinking of checking for other for quotes but another incident of heavy winds and rain occurred the following night. I just decided to call Robert. I can sense from the very start that he has a demeanor of being easy to deal with, straight forward and not pushy. I was also able to negotiate to my expected price and was given a warranty. It took them a little longer to finish yesterday due to some rains but with a very pleasant surprise my entire roof got painted instead of just the repaired portions. I’m very grateful for the very smooth process and looking forward not to experience another leak anytime soon.

We could not have asked for a better contractor. The level of professionalism, timelines and accommodation to obstacles was above and beyond our expectation. They took a 23 year-old roof with vents, and turned it into a top of line brand new roof in one week. (The image is ugly to beauty! ) I would highly recommend using for your roofing needs.
