Thanks Ed! My Honda CRV front break roters were replaced while I wait in front of the big fireplace over his original coffee! They are fast but the break issues didn't improve. When I reported, I was told to replace rear breaks and a caliper also... which estimated 2x more. Since my car got issues, I wish he told me what's the priority to fix at the beginning. I brought the check-up coupon to find out why the engine light is on. Yet, they are too busy to check, told me to come back.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! I’ve been coming here for YEARS with multiple cars now and my experience is just great every time. The owner, Ed is exceptional, fair with pricing and extremely knowledgeable and the mechanics are hardworking. I can’t emphasize enough how good of people work here and the work they do. Ed always does a fantastic job and has very fair pricing. He and his workers are diligent about getting repairs done well while helping customers save money. Would easily go out my way to have him work on my cars, he has consistently done great work.
I came into the shop crying and left happy as ever. Ed is absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly and keeps you updated throughout. I never thought my car would run this smooth again, and at an affordable price you can’t beat. I explained to Ed that I’m a young college student, so my budget was very fixed and he kept me on the low end of that budget despite some unexpected repairs arising. Overall, amazing experience and I will only take my car here moving forward!
I had arranged to drop my car off a day before I scheduled an appointment, but when I got there they said they'd be happy to help me right away. I spent less than an hour talking to Ed (who is super kind and helpful) while my car was being fixed. I was worried it would be a costly visit, but the price they charged me was more than fair. Definitely coming back if I need anything else fixed!
