I work in the medical field so I have standards of course on how to be treated. I go there for a medication follow up quick visit when the PA Patricia Chamul gets in the room she’s already trying to rush saying I only get 15 minuets of her time she’s quick to wanna cut me off and not even 5 minuets of her in the room gives me the worst attitude saying I told you we only get 15 minuets we’re not gonna talk about that which is a health concern I was addressing related to a medication she did not wanna hear me and this wa smh first visit I was told to make a follow up for 2-3 months and I told them no need because this as unprofessional I’m fully aware of doctors busy schedules mind you I got there 30 minuets before my appointment to ensure everything being done on a timely manner to make things easier on staff I will not be coming back this is the problem with doctors so quick to rush and not caring for patients concerns do better.
I see Dr. Lee here and I'm grateful every day to have a physician who is knowledgeable and interested in the complex picture of my health. His willingness to listen and learn about my complex health challenges has made a really big difference in my day-to-day life. The encounter I've had so far with another doctor at the clinic also left me with a positive impression. The folks here are always happy to talk with me about the back-end mechanisms involved in my health care. They get my name right, and work with my access needs. This clinic does have some of the same kinds of issues that are prevalent in primary care, and the staff always have a big workload, so it helps to be organized as a patient and bring notes to your appointments. Over the summer, there was a period of difficulties when they changed their charting software, and the transition was handled imperfectly. The phone menu is also somewhat poorly engineered. Be prepared to try multiple methods to reach them if you need to communicate urgently. But aside from that, & overall compared to other places I've been seen, they are well run; more capable and less burned out than the average medical staff. They're reasonably well staffed, so each person working there is more able to be thoughtful and considerate and follow up on problems that arise. Even with the tech transition problems, I was still able to schedule appointments and get my necessary medications - which was extra hard mode because I was simultaneously dealing with my old pharmacy closing down.

They really should unlock their restrooms. It's a building with many different clinics. People who visit the building obviously have medical problems and restrooms should have easier access. Some of the employees won't let you barrow the key to the restroom.
As a rule, the front desk staff do not answer the phones. I have been able to get through only after 7+ attempts each time. My referrals always contain incorrect information, and when I ask for their help in navigating, they only shrug and say they don’t know. Appointments run at least an hour late. Truly a disappointment all around.
If you are pregnant please save yourself some time and DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE they will literally mess up your whole motherhood experience .. you will thank me later.. medical staff is untrained on how to handle pregnancies! Foreal mommies you will NOT have a positive journey here.
