I see Dr. Lee here and I'm grateful every day to have a physician who is knowledgeable and interested in the complex picture of my health. His willingness to listen and learn about my complex health challenges has made a really big difference in my day-to-day life. The encounter I've had so far with another doctor at the clinic also left me with a positive impression. The folks here are always happy to talk with me about the back-end mechanisms involved in my health care. They get my name right, and work with my access needs. This clinic does have some of the same kinds of issues that are prevalent in primary care, and the staff always have a big workload, so it helps to be organized as a patient and bring notes to your appointments. Over the summer, there was a period of difficulties when they changed their charting software, and the transition was handled imperfectly. The phone menu is also somewhat poorly engineered. Be prepared to try multiple methods to reach them if you need to communicate urgently. But aside from that, & overall compared to other places I've been seen, they are well run; more capable and less burned out than the average medical staff. They're reasonably well staffed, so each person working there is more able to be thoughtful and considerate and follow up on problems that arise. Even with the tech transition problems, I was still able to schedule appointments and get my necessary medications - which was extra hard mode because I was simultaneously dealing with my old pharmacy closing down.
As a rule, the front desk staff do not answer the phones. I have been able to get through only after 7+ attempts each time. My referrals always contain incorrect information, and when I ask for their help in navigating, they only shrug and say they don’t know. Appointments run at least an hour late. Truly a disappointment all around.

Dr. Lucky is the best gynecologist ever, I got my surgery June 2025! Joselyn is one of the staff who’s very helpful and kind!
If you are pregnant please save yourself some time and DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE they will literally mess up your whole motherhood experience .. you will thank me later.. medical staff is untrained on how to handle pregnancies! Foreal mommies you will NOT have a positive journey here.
Terrible service every time you call they have you waiting for even hours. Never have the courtesy to call back. Takes you weeks to get an appointment. They are quick to charge you a co-pay and it takes them about 45 minutes to 1 hour to get you in then another 30 to 40 minutes in the room to get seen by your supposed doctor. Always bill with other doctors name. When you ask why you are getting billed instead of your insurance they can’t explain the bill. They ask you to call number where there is never anyone answering.
