We rent an older house in the Kessler area. Our A/C and Nest was acting up on a hot day recently, and Gilbert was able to make it out on very short notice, diagnose the issue and fix it very quickly as well. Excellent service and nice folks at that. I saved their number for the future!

I was having issues with my mini splits in my back office for the entire week. Was planning to hire Jade to come out. Ended up doing diagnostic with Gilbert who was superb. He literally spent an hour walking me through the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the mini splits, but had to do with the electrical panels, which made sense now because we had an electrician update our electrical connections so that's where the root of the problem is. Gilbert was very helpful, and was so willing to figure out the problem. He also saved me time and money from calling another HVAC company who would've charged me for the same assessment. I'm going to switch to Jade Air and will be giving them both my residential and commercial inquiry/business in the future. We need more trustworthy local businesses like them, especially with a person like Gilbert who is very pleasant, patient, and honest person overall. Thank you Jade Air!
If you want to get it done right the first time call Jade Air. Gilbert somehow makes having HVAC problems not seem so bad. Everyone there is great 👍
