Gabe was GREAT!! He came by my house and before he started, he advised me on some options for a replacement water heater, to save me some money; I really appreciated that. Gabe was professional, engaging, answered all my questions, and cleaned up and made it look like he hadn’t been there.
Justin and Eric did a great job. They were incredibly friendly and efficient with getting the old water heater disconnected and removed and the new tank put in. I will definitely be calling Fry heating and cooling again in the future when we have our next plumbing or heating needs.

Larry Millinger is a wonderful, experienced and polite technician. He explained all he was doing with our home boiler. My only concerns are with your automated answering system. It seems high tech, but it failed to communicate the status of our repair. Larry replaced a part, but found out we needed two more parts installed, which he didn’t have. All of that is fine, but no one called us on a Friday to say we wouldn’t get the boiler finished on Friday and it would be done on Monday. The overnight temp Friday was four degrees, and I had to run out to get heaters to get through the weekend. Furthermore, I feel $2000 was a bit much to replace three parts. It’s fixed, I’m glad it’s done, but you need to NOT rely on digital voice communication instead of good old phone calls. I’d have given you high marks if you simply would have called me Friday morning instead of me having to call your digital system at 4:50 pm to find out it was going to be three days until I get a repair. Good work, shoddy communication!
They were onsite fast. Gabriel was very professional and knowledgeable. He went to work and quickly found the issue, explained our options and answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly. Great experience under not so great circumstances.
