5.0Just had a new furnace installed because of a weather related incident. The whole process went really well. Fry was able to install ahead of schedule by one day. The technicians Kyle and Jaydin showed up on time, got right to work, and were friendly and easy to talk to. They answered my questions, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. The installation was done neatly, and they cleaned up after themselves, which I really appreciated. The new furnace is working great and my house is already feeling more comfortable. Overall, a great experience from start to finish to include the office staff, scheduling and technicians. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new furnace installed.
