Excellent service and reasonable prices. I was helped by Nestor who helped me understand exactly what I needed and how long it would take - he delivered, too! Thank you all.
(the pic this is when I went to a tint shop) this shop is amazing, owner is a chill guy, they’re very honest and helped my 99 Lexus es300 get fixed for the right price, replacing my control arms ball joints, getting alignment, driver side axle, gasket, oil change;all the important maintenance I had to do when I bought this car off a private seller. this is how our baby sits now, very great service, would recommend! they don’t tax you compare to other shops in LA, I would say very economic friendly when bringing your own parts in
Nester fixed my leaking oil, changed my spark plug and belt, and even topped off the fluids. All for an affordable price. Excellent service.

I had a very disappointing experience with Sunset Auto Repair. I was given an estimate of $500 for brake work if I supplied all the parts, which I did. Later, I received a phone call from the shop claiming that the parts “didn’t fit.” However, according to the manufacturer’s website and vehicle fitment tools, the parts were correct for my car. Despite this, the shop refused to proceed properly and said they would only do minimum labor for changing the brake pads. On top of that, the mechanic stated they did not want to check the check engine light, saying it was “not their specialty,” which raises concerns about their scope of service and professionalism. This experience felt like a bait-and-switch and extremely money-driven, rather than customer-focused. Clear communication, transparency, and honesty were lacking. Because of this experience, I will be reporting this business to the BBB and the Department of Consumer Affairs and will be pursuing this matter further if needed. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. Customers should be cautious and get everything in writing before agreeing to any work.
I rarely leave reviews, but I had to after working with them to replace my clutch. Everyone there was genuinely kind and easy to talk to—just good people all around. They replaced my clutch in seven hours when the website said it could take up to ten! On top of that, they were completely transparent about pricing and even gave me a discount (because it took them less time) 100% would recommend, and I’ll definitely be coming back the next time my car decides to fall apart. Thanks again, guys!
