Very nice downtown Cleveland hotel option. It's located inside an older historic building so there are defiantly some quirks, but overall, it was great! The service was quick & friendly. We booked a 2-bedroom suite & actually got upgraded to an even larger room. The room was massive & clean. The breakfast the next day was fresh & had many options to choose from. We stayed for a concert at Rocket Arena. It's an easy walk, right outside the front door. Progressive Field is not much further. This hotel is a great location & option for anybody looking to be in the heart of Downtown Cleveland.
I was told when I called that our rooms would be next to each other. When I checked in I was told they couldn’t accommodate because of type of suites we had. I was offered same rooms but on different floors. That was not going to work. Had no choice but to downgrade one of the rooms. We were placed in the Euclid tower at the very end. With 10 adults we had a lot to carry. It was very tedious to use the luggage rack and to grag it for half a mile and 2 elevators just to get to our room, not to mention we had stairs before our hallway that went to our room so we had to carry everything of the cart up the stairs to the room. It was an awful experience. Having to walk that distance every time we wanted to leave was insane. We were told our 2nd room was ready and they would be bring the keys to us in 5 min. Well, 45 min later and no keys. Called front desk and said they weren’t bringing them. Ended up having to talk to someone else and they eventually brought them. This was way past checking time. Breakfast was good minus the lady who was in charge of maintaining it. She was very rude. She kept making remarks about how people act when it came to making a mess, getting food, or eating too much. When I got bacon she stared at me and then shook her head. She put items away prior to 10:00. Several times were not restocked after 9:00.

Great location. Easy walking to Progressive and Rocket Arena. Cute alleys with restaurants and bars very close by. Room we were in was huge (pretty sure converted apartment?) but like ¼ mile away from the front desk. No sheets for the pull-out so call ahead. Room was worn, some crud on sheets and stuff. Valet (different company, I know) was the least-interested valet I've ever encountered.
Hotel stay was great. Jordan, the valet guy, was excellent. He was friendly, quick, and made the valet process really easy. You can tell he cares about providing good service. I really appreciated his positive attitude and would definitely hope to see him again next time.
Room rate does not match the room! The room was dusty, the drawer would not stayed closed, couldn’t get the closet opened without a fight, and the dishwasher kept beeping! I took pictures from inside the elevator too. The only great thing about this location was how close it was to our destination. With what is charged daily, this entire hotel should, and needs to get a makeover! I should have taken more pictures to show the insides of the room, but just know it was small. All in all, the appearance did NOT equal the price.
