I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to meet the spectacular people at this clinic. Their positivity and ability to listen is something I respect. I learned decades worth of wisdom and knowledge in 6 weeks from the team. Dr. Cox is amazing brilliant talented physician who prioritizes the patients first and makes sure there no stone left unturned. He is very thorough listener and makes sure that everyone is accounted for. He has vast array of knowledge and continues to keep up with new current medical information. He's the best there is as far as I have seen, truly 1 in million person. He challenged me and pointed me in the right direction. It was a life changing experience. I am very impressed by him I can't even use words to explain. RN Bianca is delightful and wonderful person to be around. She lights up the room with positivity and her kindness. She organizes and prioritizes the patients concerns and current issues. She provides very valuable samples. Her smile is super warm and vibrant. She makes sure to give well rounded set of physical assessments as needed. She is a wonderful people person. She adds that home touch. I am thankful to have met her. Mimi the Office Manager Works diligently and proficiently at her job. Even working through lunch. She is one of kind very good with patients and calls the on phone. She cleans the room with such grace and warmth. She helps the patients with their needs and works hard to keep everything in front managed and arranged. She is wonder to meet. She will always listen to what you have to say. I'll our talks, but I'm sure others will continue to benefit from her support. To the reader life is a gift. Dr Cox is an excellent, astute and caring physician —- a gentle man of faith and reasonably easy to reach when necessary outside of office hours.
Dr. William Cox and his staff (especially Bianca) are extremely professional and are taking wonderful care of me, my husband and 91 y/o mother! Dr. Cox ensures that we focus on maintaining good health and staying on top of any issues that arise. He stays on top of the research related to not only our current issues, but also any potential medical issues.

Dr Cox has been my primary care doctor for several years. When I was looking for an Internist, My friend recommended Dr Cox to me. Through the years I have found that he is the only doctor I have had that truly CARES about me, physically emotionally and mentally. Dr Cox treats the whole person. He knows that by treating the whole person, he can get to the bottom of mini of physical problems easier. I have really bad arthritis and it hurts every joint replacement surgeries. I am also 72 years old and occasionally fall. Dr Cox has worked with me to discuss several ways I can limit my falling and be more careful. I have had bad arthritis and joint replacement surgeries and have had to be referred two other specialists. Dr Cox has referred me to a specialist in the area of upper body orthopedics, foot and ankle orthopedics, back surgeons and even a psychologist when I felt I was depressed. I can’t put into words what Dr Cox means to me. I just know that out of all the doctors I’ve had in my life, Dr Cox is the most compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. MDVIP is an excellent organization and have the best doctors in Dallas! Another wonderful thing about Dr Cox is the fact that when you go to him you never ever feel rushed or hurried. He takes his time with you to get to the bottom of the problem and when I am there I feel like I am the only person in the office! I can’t say enough about this wonderful man! His Office staff is also number one and they are very helpful when I call.
