A very professional HVAC team. Our heating system stopped working during a cold spell, and their service techs arrived within about an hour of our call. After a full diagnostic, they found that we needed a complete new HVAC system, and they brought temporary heaters right away to help keep the home comfortable until the install. Tony came out to review the system and prepare the estimate for the replacement. He clearly explained the equipment options, the installation steps, energy efficiency details, and how the new system would improve comfort and airflow. He also took time to help with rebate paperwork and shared financing information, which made the whole process much easier. They worked hard to speed up delivery of the new unit, and once it arrived, the install crew was there the next day. All needed subcontractors were scheduled ahead of time and showed up on time, which kept the project moving smoothly. The team removed the old equipment and installed the new heating and cooling system quickly and efficiently in about seven hours. The crew did an excellent job from start to finish. They cleaned up thoroughly, tested the system, checked airflow and thermostat operation, and walked us through how to use everything correctly. We felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly committed to quality work and customer satisfaction. They really went above and beyond, and we feel confident in the new HVAC system and the service behind it.
Tony continues to give me excellent service with furnace maintenance and heating system checkups. I wanted to have our furnace inspected to make sure it was running efficiently for the season in Denver. I called Champion Hvac Service and spoke with Tony. He scheduled an appointment quickly and arrived within a few days. i recently bought a home and used my home warranty to have my furnace checked and serviced before the cold season. a technician was sent out quickly, and within the first 15 minutes jayden found holes in the heat exchanger on the older unit and explained that the furnace needed to be shut down right away because of the risk of carbon monoxide in the house. After the holiday, jayden came back to remove the old furnace and install the new one. he answered my questions, went over the repair process, and made sure the new heating system was running safely and efficiently before leaving.
