Bone Dry Roofing was very professional, on time or early, great communication. They protected the windows and car. They also were very clean on cleaning up and helped with placement of all the flower pots. Made sure the backyard was cleaned up early well because of my pups. I am very very pleased with the final look of my roof.
We hired this company to replace rotting fascia and install new gutters. The main reason we called them was because of the damaged fascia, and we clearly showed them everything that needed to be repaired when they came out for the estimate. Instead of replacing the rotting fascia, they installed new gutters over the existing damaged wood. After we questioned it, we were told that fascia replacement was “not included” in the quote. Then the person in charge of the job said it would cost an additional $8,000 to replace everything that should have been addressed from the beginning. The quality of the work they did complete was also poor. Some of the items that were replaced were not done properly, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. What was most disappointing was that when they did agree to fix certain items we had already pointed out, they acted like they were doing us a favor. We were upfront from the start about what needed to be replaced, so this should have been handled properly from day one. Very disappointing experience. Please be careful and make sure everything is clearly spelled out in writing before hiring this company.

In the fall of 2025 I asked Bone Dry Roofing to inspect my roof for a warranty claim. The Bone Dry inspector advised me that my best course of action was to filed a claim with Owens Corning. Bone Dry, then proceeded to on my behalf, initiate the warranty claim and do all of the paperwork and submittal of my shingle samples without any commitment from me to Ultimately give them the job. This week Done Dry installed my new roof at zero cost to me And I couldn’t be happier with their service and installation team. The installation team was highly professional, and did an excellent job of cleaning up Before they left. The Bone Dry team truly has exceeded the customer’s expectation and I have highly recommended them to my family and friends. Mark
Bone Dry did a fantastic job replacing our roof and porch gutters, the level of professionalism and attention to detail and unbelievable follow up throughout the entire process made getting a new roof a lot less stressful my hat is off to the crew who replaced the roof in 1 day and did a great job doing it
