I can always be certain that it is going to be a positive outcome when I have to use my dentist at the dream team! I needed to have a procedure for some implants and I was able to get in so quickly after notifying my dentist, Dr. Ferguson and once she got me in and then I was able to see Dr. McCullom , Everything went like clockwork. The staff at the front desk is always so pleasant, always so helpful and accommodating with the forms, the assistance with the dentist and the dental surgeon assistant are always so pleasant always so professional and so helpful with any need i might have. And I always get a follow up call just to see how I’m doing Dr. Ferguson the day of the procedure and the dental assistance Loretta following up the next day. I really love having them as my dental team. Thank you so much dream team.
It’s true they are the Dream Team of Chicago’s dentists. I am so thrilled to be a patient. From my very first appointment I felt looked after. Everyone in the office is a true professional and knows their job/role. I appreciate all of the staff. And Dr. McCullom has the perfect temperament for a dentist. He’s makes you feel relaxed, explains what’s going to happen and then proceeds. I am really happy that I chose this office. It feels like home.

I like being promptly serviced by Dr. Yetta McCullom at appointed time, not being escorted from waiting room to exam room and waiting forever for Dr to appear. Emergencies do happen but some doctors routinely do this. I find doctor visits stressful but I felt like I was in good hands from the first visit. The Doctor and staff are very caring and competent, made me feel comfortable. I liked that Dream Team Dental is a family practice, generations of family in business for many years. I appreciate the text reminders of upcoming appointments. I love being asked for my feedback, many patients are reluctant to express any dissatisfaction face to face, they just stop coming.
I have been a client of Drs McCullom for many years. I am proud to see a professional team who came from the community, received exemplary educational training, and then returned to provide outstanding services to the people of our community. We should not take this for granted!
I’m very happy with the treatment I received by Dr C McCollum. I had several dermatologists tell me “nothing could be done” to improve the appearance of my keloid scar and that “that will never go away”. They give me random steroid injections that wouldn’t help at all. I got the cryogenic freezing done by Dr McCollum with targeted steroid injections afterwards. It has now flattened completely. One of the dermatologists that saw me again was shocked by how much it improved. This scar has significantly impacted my mental health in the past due to its visible location, and now I am feeling significantly stressed about its appearance. It’s not 100% “gone”, but it’s a lot less noticeable than before. The pricing of treatments is quite reasonable and the office staff are friendly and helpful. If you have the pleasure of dealing with keloids, go see Dr McCollum, I can’t recommend him enough.
