I had a great experience with Malek & Malek, especially working with Luke Rest. I contacted the firm with only a few months left before my statute of limitations expired after trying to handle things with the insurance company for nearly two years on my own. They accepted my case the same day I called, reviewed all of my documentation quickly, and got to work immediately. Luke was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. He kept me updated regularly, explained everything clearly, and was always available when I had questions. The insurance company was very difficult to deal with, and I would not have achieved anywhere near the same result on my own. I'm very grateful for their professionalism and hard work, and I would definitely recommend the firm to anyone needing representation.
I retained the services of Malek and Malek Law Firm for a work-related injury involving BWC. BWC kept denying my claims so I got an attorney to represent me.
