I'm incredibly grateful for the exceptional care I've received at One Medical, particularly from my PCP, Jessica Mefford. When my employer required a medical accommodation form, the process needed additional information. Dr. Mefford was so patient throughout, carefully preparing both the form and supporting documentation each time. What truly impressed me was that she sent everything to me immediately after my visits, service that went well above and beyond my expectations. I'd also like to thank Sergej for his support. One Medical will absolutely be my first choice for primary care going forward.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I got a new doctor assigned to me and I was told to go to the office on Capitol Hill instead of my prior visits to the Central Area neighborhood in llSeattle. But everything worked out well & my care was outstanding. Both my intake at the reception desk as well as my actual doctor visit was done promptly with courtesy & professionalism. I would recommend One Medical to everyone needing to have primary medical care.
