I had an outstanding experience with Parson Plumbing and Drains from start to finish! I called about a problem with my shower faucet, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Rochelle, the receptionist, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She made scheduling easy and provided excellent customer service from the very first phone call. The plumbers, Nate Casper and Chris Stewart, were absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and repaired my shower faucet with skill and professionalism. They took the time to explain what was wrong, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. They were courteous, respectful of my home, and clearly take pride in the quality of their work. It's not often you find a company that delivers exceptional service at every step, but Parson Plumbing and Drains certainly does. A friend recommended Parsons to us, and we were very pleased to work with them. They scheduled us in fast, communicated well throughout, and our tech Robert was great to work with. He answered all our questions, gave us several options for how to tackle our issue (an old, failing dishwasher line cutoff that was way too close to the wall to be easily addressed) and left us with quality work that should last a long time. I had a leaking hot water tank and Parson got me taken care of the next day when a cancelation opened up a slot for me. Scott came out with a new tank, removed the old one and installed the new one in about an hour and a half. He showed me how to operate the new tank and ensured water was flowing to each faucet in the house. I was quoted a very reasonable price over the phone and the quote was what I was charged. I will certainly not hesitate to call Parson for any other plumbing needs I may have. They were friendly and professional. Thanks for taking care of me so quickly!
I called Parsons Plumbing about a downspout problem and I’ve dealt with lots of different plumbers in the past. What I appreciate most about this company is their honesty.
