Great experience here over the course of several months and several procedures. Aaron (pictured) is by far the best office manager I’ve ever interacted with in the medical field. Guy reads minds. All the hygienists and doctors here are great at what they do and have good bedside manner. They work best if you provide info from your past doctors and visits to make sure everything connects up. Highly recommended. Even got myself a little going away gift !
I went here for regular cleaning because I work nearby and was recommended by my coworker. The practitioners and the dentists are super nice and caring:) One thing that I’d like to call out that happened recently was that during my regular cleaning, the dentist took some x rays to check everything is alright(mainly looking for cavities etc) and found that there are abnormal root resorption in my teeth. Doctor immediately contacted my orthodontist for next step to make sure this is taken care of. I just want to say that I really appreciate it and we are lucky to have this lovely team here in SLU!

I recently completed my braces treatment here and honestly the transformation still surprises me when I compare old pictures to now. Before treatment, my front teeth overlapped badly enough that I avoided smiling naturally in almost every photo. The orthodontist was very realistic from the start about how long corrections would take, which actually made the process easier mentally because I knew what to expect. The staff stayed consistently friendly throughout the entire treatment period and handled every issue professionally. One wire came loose during a holiday weekend and they helped me manage it until I could come in after reopening. Seeing my braces finally come off after all that time was an amazing feeling. My smile looks straighter, my bite feels healthier, and my confidence has improved more than I expected.
I started going to the Downtown Seattle Dentist because my previous dentist of decades finally retired and sold his practice to the Downtown Seattle Dentist. At first, the place was pleasant, but it went downhill about 2~ years ago. Every time I went in, I had a different hygienist, and they were all inexperienced, making the process unpleasant (I complained once as the hygienist felt like she hadn’t even graduated from a program, and the front desk person said they have been getting complains. Nonetheless, no one came to apologize or even offered to comp the visit. Then the next time I went in, they told me to had let go of that hygienist and that I would be seeing yet another new person.). Also, I don’t believe I have seen the same dentist for the last 2~ years either. I finally called it quits this May when I walked in and was told again I would see a different hygienist and a brand new dentist. I would not trust this place.
Easy bus access in a nice part of Seattle. Older commercial building has been remodeled into a very modern clinic and waiting room. Pristine restrooms. Staff members and the doctor have great professional manner and work well together as a team. My teeth are getting great care. The billing and phone man is proficient and has nice people skills.
