Paid $1,800 to get heat back in my car, it went out 2 weeks later. They told me they ordered a part and will get back to me. they still haven’t reached out. it’s clear all they want is money and don’t care for their customers.
They are TERRIBLE. I paid 7 something for a Cadillac converter & and Oil change. They TOOK ALL DAY TO FIX MY VEHICLE! And ON TOP OF IT THEY HAD MY OIL RUNNING OVER & TRIED TO HAVE THE NERVE TO , CHARGE ME EXTRA AFTER THEYRE MISTAKE! I Tried to take them to court but of course they didn’t show . They have ALCOHOLICS working there as well . This place is NOT a 4.2 rating because, it’s a JOKE !
I have been going to them for about 9 years and never had problem with their work.

I got my oil changed a couple months ago and had to take my car to another shop because the engine light came on and they found wayyyy too much oil in the car. There are three types of engine sizes for my car model and I have the smallest size and University Auto Care place put the amount of oil needed for the largest size. Thankfully my engine wasn’t damaged. Couple other things of note: - They didn’t give me a sticker saying what mileage I’ll need my next oil change. - They didn’t reset my change oil light until I reminded them, and it took 2 mechanics to figure out how to reset it. - The parking lot is very small, making it a challenge to get in and out. - When I first arrived they said the oil change would be I think like $50 but then when I was checking out it was I think $60, thankfully they honored the lower price I was originally told when I brought it up.
What a pleasant experience! And that's saying a lot when it comes to auto repair. I brought my 2003 PT Cruiser in to what I thought was the previous auto shop and University Auto was now there. I dropped it off explaining that there was a lot of front end sounds that needed investigating. Within 30 minutes, Tiger phoned and asked me to come and look at the what needed fixing and to prioritize the repairs for my budget. When I got there he took me under the car and pointed out all of the problems. Not only did he treat me right on the price (including a GREAT discount!) but when it was time to pick up the car, he again showed me (with the car up on the hoist) all of the NEW parts installed as well as the pile of old parts removed. The aftercare provided by Tiger and his staff is outstanding as well. I wound up needing a whole new suspension and was headed out of town in a few days. Tiger had me come back in to make sure any adjustments were made before I left town. I am recommending University Auto Center to all of my friends. It's nice to find a repair shop that actually takes the time to care and treats you fairly on prices with quality products.
