At first, I’d like to thank Deluca Roofing for an amazing job on my roof. They are an amazing company to work with. They helped me out with planning everything I needed to have the roof done the way I asked for everyone was courteous and the job was that excellent and I would highly recommend them.

We hired this company to install shingles on a newly purchased home. Initially, the roof looked great but within just a few days, neighbors alerted us that shingles were already lifting. We had to call them back out to fix the issue. About six months later, we discovered squirrels in our attic. Upon inspection, we found severely rotted fascia, including a large, very noticeable hole. While I understand this may not have been directly caused by their work, I do wish they had informed us of the condition when they were working on the roof. I contacted the company again regarding repairs. After multiple attempts, I finally got through and was given an email to send photos. Unfortunately, I misplaced the email and couldn’t follow up right away. When I later tried calling again multiple times. I received zero response. Frustrated, I left a 1 star review. Interestingly, they responded to our call immediately after that. However, during that conversation, we were told that if I did not remove the 1 star review, they would refuse to work with me further. Despite explaining the situation, they later followed up by email stating they would not do business with me because the review was still posted. At that point, it became clear that customer service and accountability were not priorities. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Edit: I should note that the facia you see is not fault of their own but damage they felt the need not notifying the home owner. However the skirting around the chimney is already lifting too.
