I’ve been going to Baum Blvd since 2021and I recommend them to everyone I know. I always feel confident that they will do quality work at a reasonable price, and never try to upcharge/upsell me or take advantage of my admittedly limited car knowledge. Was just in yesterday picking up my Forester after inspection, and Brett and Carlie were so helpful and kind—as are all the staff!
I took my old VW beetle there after 10+ years of servicing it at the dealership. It was a great decision. They identified and fixed the problem fully at a reasonable cost compared with what I was used to spending, and on time. They were very courteous and treated me as a valued customer. If I have another car problem they will be my first choice.
I took my car to Baum Boulevard after the dealership quoted me over $1000 for general maintenance and a minor repair. The guys at Baum Boulevard were so kind, got my car in and out in less than a week, and my total bill was less than Half what the dealership quoted. Will absolutely be coming back for my future car needs.

Utterly unprofessional and lacking any respect for their customer's time. I called on a Tuesday to make a standard service appointment and took the first available spot on the following Tuesday. They advised to drop off my car between 7 and 9 AM--I arrived at 8 AM and was told that they were overbooked, could not honor my appointment, and would not see my car until Friday at the earliest. The man behind the desk was unapologetic and acted as if this was to be expected. There was no attempt at communication in advance that they could not keep my appointment. It also baffles me that I had to wait a week for an appointment that was overbooked. Two stars because I had previously taken my car there for an inspection and it went fine, but I will never (attempt to) return.
No respect for time or a schedule. No decency for a genuine apology. Just a nonchalant response to reschedule. Would advise anyone to go someplace else. Also the front desk needs to have better speaking etiquette.
