Responded very quickly to our online query. Showed up when they said they would. Bryan and Dom had everything they needed to replace our 50 gal electric water heater with them when they arrived so no ordering and waiting. Very respectful of our property. 2 hrs after arrival, I had a new water heater installed and operational. Cleaned up when they were done. The price was very fair for the job. Excellent service!
Want to thank everyone at MassieCreek Plumbing. All your men did a great job on our bathroom finished everything up in a day and a half. We couldn't be more pleased with the work they went above and beyond taking out the old 70 year old plumbing and bringing it up to date. Thank you to Kent, John and Dominic for all their hard work. I waited a week for them to come out and then when they got there because I provided the water heater, they were not liable for anything that was hooked up. Which is fine but this company multiple times has asked me if I wanted to provide. I even had a bathroom quote which I was supposed to provide. So what do you guys do just go around hooking things up and if the customer provides it, it’s not your fault.? On top of that the secretary called me five times in two hours while I was working for a $60 service charge roughly. I’m not going to trash them, but they need to quit pushing people to provide their own stuff if they are not going to warranty or work.
Efficient, friendly, professional. Most importantly, they expertly fixed the chaos that was happening under our house in the crawlspace. Even though they were nearly booked 2 weeks out they prioritized our issue for which we were so grateful. We will never use anyone other than Massie Creek!
Very pleased with this company. They installed a backup sump pump in our new home in 2021, and when our main sump pump failed the backup did its job and saved our basement from flooding - and the same day I called them they came out and replaced our main pump at a fair price. Backup sump pumps are a must - no regrets.
