We went to this shop per an acquaintance referral and so very glad we did. Excellent customer service, even offered a ride home first time we met. Great guy, very knowledgeable, honest and integrity at its finest. He will give you honest advice and very fair price for parts and labor. We have NO Regrets! Highly recommend.

You just gained a new customer. Always get a second opinion. I have an oil leak. My first quote at a different mechanic came back with $3000 and I would need to leave my car for at least a week to get it fixed. They told me to call back in a couple of weeks to see when they could fit me in. I checked around for another mechanic and read reviews about Bob‘s and decided to pop in this morning to see if I could get an appointment to get my car looked at. They took it right away and told me that the oil leak was probably caused by a loose oil filter. They showed me that everything was dry in the engine and what the other mechanic told me was probably bad information. They cleaned up the oil spill as best they could and put a dye in my oil and I will be back in two weeks for them to check to see if there is anything else going on with it. All in all it cost me less than $80 today. I am very impressed with the level of service I received without an appointment and I will be back for all of my mechanical needs.
Well, called about two weeks ago. Laura is very nice, as is Bob. There was a little back and forth, then last weekBob explained they were having trouble with their phones - so please call on Monday, after 10 am. Which I did yesterday, nothing. So I called again today and got Robin, who said I can't get me car in now until December! Bob may be a great meca hanic, from the goid things I have heard about him, but if I cannot get through. Nothing happens. And now, if I continue to drive my car- more damage happens. What am I to do? .
