Figs Auto Repair

This is a fully independent and not requested review of figs Auto repair. I decided this morning that I wanted to do an alignment on my Jeep. I called them up and spoke to Scott within one ring. Easy scheduling process, same-day appointment, fantastic to deal with. Communication, coordination and they want above and beyond making sure my jeep was perfect. The price, the communication was fantastic and they went completely above and beyond to make sure that the alignment on my jeep was perfect. Scott and Greg and the team there you can tell absolutely love what they do. For 100% certainty I wish that I would have come across this business sooner. No heart sales tactics, complimentary overall vehicle inspection, no up charging, no surprises. Just straightforward, honest, efficient, 5****. I look forward to doing business with them again very soon

My car had started acting really crazy whenever the check engine light and other lights would come on. Then, a few minutes later, my car would be fine and the check engine light would go off. I took my car to several places and they all told me there was nothing they could do about it if the check engine light was not on at that moment. Very frustrating!!! Figs Auto was recommended to me. I took my car there and spoke with Johnny. I told him what my issues were, all the things my car was doing, and NOT doing, he listened and took immediate action even though the check engine light was not on. Figs was able to find the issues fix them!!! I can't thank them enough! Highly reccomend! I am now a new customer!!!!!!
