First off I Can’t say enough good things about Kelby, my vehicle started over heating right as I got off the highway and my husky was with me! we were scared and unsure of what was going to happen, kelby immediately told me it was going to be okay and assured me everything would be alright and gave me advice on what to do immediately! kelby is very professional & reliable aside from being business related the customer comes first to Kelby & he actually cares about the work he does and will work with you! I felt more like a long time friend of his and I just met him literally a week ago. His attention to detail, compassion and knowledge about vehicles is overly impressive, The work was done right, the price was more than fair, and everything was explained clearly to where he made sure I understood what he was explaining and why he was doing it step by step! It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust now a days but this is definitely one of them! I Highly recommend Kelby and will be sending my long time friends & family members that need any work done on their vehicles to him! Kelby is the man!! Huge assistance for making sure the job gets done correctly with a honest approach! I booked him to install a new starter.. Before I found a mechanic I already ordered the part from Amazon just being pro active. Mentioned It to Kelby and he advised me to buy from a reputable auto site. He told me he still would install if I’d like but just didn’t feel confident which I appreciated ! Some mechanics would’ve went ahead and did the job anyway . I had a mechanic work on my vehicle a year or two ago to install one that Kelby noticed was done terribly and incorrectly . Again he could’ve proceeded with doing the job just enough to get me back on the road but he’d wanted to do it the right way. So We ordered the necessary parts to properly re fix what the last mechanic did and the outcome was successful! I Definitely recommend , he genuinely wants you win properly!

My experience with Kelby’s services have always been credible and trustworthy, he seems to be the only mechanic not concerned about just making money, he insures your safety first! Was referred by a friend, and have been a regular customer for any issues i’ve had. Kelby is super communicative and honest, he won’t waste your time or sell you a pipe dream! I would definitely recommend him over any of these shops !
Kelby is truly an honest and genuine mechanic. I shopped around at multiple mechanic shops to get pricing on having my rotors and brake pads replaced for my Tesla model S. The rate from other mechanics were through the roof! I found Kelby Mobile Service on Google. He was completely straightforward with his rate, no hidden fees, and was very honest about the quality of parts to put on my car. A very friendly and personable guy. He’s extremely knowledgeable about cars. From here out here will be on speed dial. He’ll be the first person I call with any further work or repairs that I will need done on my car..
One of my relatives claimed to have all my spark plugs changed and my radiator fan fixed. My car was constantly overheating and so I called Kelby and scheduled an appointment. When he arrived he had shown me none of the work my relatives claimed that was done was done. He also pointed out to me that my radiator was punctured from a universal fan that was not meant for my car. He was very professional and explained everything very well. I would 100% recommend him to any one looking to get work done on their vehicle.
