Got me up and running again with a new AC unit, right in time for the summer heat!
I have an 11 year old Trane package unit that I have serviced every year and have yet to come up with a fair priced, honest contractor that wants to solve a problem as opposed to make a sale Big O provided excellent service. The tech performed a thorough tune up and went through all his findings with me afterwards. Not only were his findings presented professionally but all findings were also explained to help me understand all the variables and recordings he acquired during his tune up as well as showing me pictures What impressed me the most though was his inquiry about my home comfort, future plans, and future visions with my home. He took as much time if not more having dialogue with me and taking a whole home approach to AC to ensure that any current or future estimate both complimented and coincided with my plans to ensure my investment with big O and money potentially spent would be maximized. Knowledge is power when it comes to understanding the hvac trade and Big O’s approach and business ethics are a rare and premium attribute! I would not recommend any other hvac or home performance company and you will agree once you meet the team at Big O
