I had Be Cool A/C install a Daikin Mini-split Heat Pump System for our family room. Beau came out to meet with me to initially discuss what I needed done. From the start I knew Beau was a straight shooter and experienced in the A/C market. Beau worked with me and gave me a fair price for the system I wanted. In their office, Amber assisted me with excellent communication during the whole process from my initial first meeting to the finish of installation. Whenever I had a question, Amber was remarkably quick to respond to my text. She always got me a timely answer to any concerns. Oswaldo and Frank , the installation technicians, were very meticulous and quality conscious of their installation work. Our new mini-split works great and I am so happy with using Be Cool A/C. Their honest approach, excellent office communication and quality installation practices is what ever customer wants from a service company. Be Cool A/C offers everything !

Be Cool techs are very professional. They explain things very clearly. Rider is the best! But they all are very nice and work hard to remedy AC and Heating issues. Rider even came back and helped us replace some vent covers we were struggling to do on our own. He explained our air flow issues very clear and made sure I understood. Appreciate them all.
